Personalities

Personalities (political, industrial, journalists, etc) can be formally identified, by sending a copy of their passport and a document proving that they are really the public personality in place. This will allow, e.g. a politician implicated in a debate to answer “officially”. This system will also make it possible to avoid, or in any case to limit the number of defrauders who may register under the name of “George W. Bush”, or “Jacques Chirac”, for example.
The identity of the “normal” members will be checked only if suspicions of fraud are high.
